Our Lion Head Snapper is sweet flavoured and firmer in texture. Locally farmed off the coast of Changi. Due to the location of our farm, our fish swims in unobstructed open seas. This makes the texture firmer and nicer to eat. It has red skin with pinkish tinge meat with a firm texture and nutty and mildly sweet flavour. They can be grilled, baked and pan fried to suit your recipes and a good source of Vitamins B6 and 12, D & E, as well as minerals like Magnesium and Selenium.
