No. You only need to enter your contact and delivery details to shop with us. However, if you want to use a discount coupon, you would need to register an account with us. Doing so will also entitle you to a $10 off any of your purchases. One time use only.

SGFRESHMART is exclusively online only. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for you to walk in and browse our items.

Delivery

Wednesday : 1pm-5pm
Friday : 1pm-5pm
Saturday : 1pm-5pm

We are currently working on more delivery days and timeslots for the near future. 

Due to heavy delivery schedules we are unfortunately unable to give a specific time for delivery. Delivery will be made during the specified time-slot and if unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, we will contact you in advance.

If you are not home at the time of your delivery, we will wait up to a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to redeliver your order on the same day. We can however schedule a re-delivery the following day onwards,a $15.00 fee will be charged.

Orders above $128 are delivered free of charge. Orders below $128 will incur a delivery fee of $15.00

Problems with items/delivery

If we have delivered to you a product that is damaged, missing an item or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at ops@sgfreshmart.sg or chat with us HERE and we will arrange to rectify the problem.

No, brown coloration is normal on vacuum sealed meat which has not been exposed to any oxygen. It will start turning red as it is exposed to the oxygen in the air upon opening of the packaging.

 

 

Yes, vacuum-sealed meat has a characteristic musky aroma. This is perfectly normal and as long as your meat is cool to the touch when it arrives, it is safe to eat.

Account Details

We store your username and password, any shipping addresses you’ve used (in your address book), and your billing address information. We do not store your credit card information.
