This is a clean, simple yet delicious style of cooking which brings out the nutty and mildly sweet flavour of this fish. Our red snappers are locally farmed off the coast of Changi where they swim in unobstructed open seas resulting in a firmer texture of meat which is nicer to eat. They are best steamed, grilled, baked or pan fried to suit your palate and provide a good source of Vitamins B6 and 12, D & E, as well as minerals like Magnesium and Selenium.
